We raise our lettuce produce in a greenhouse eliminating the need for herbicides and pesticides. We also raise Tilapia fish in separate tanks, filter the water, and allow the natural nutrients to hydroponically flow around the roots promoting natural growth. The water is then returned to the fish creating a sustainable cycle.
