Pittula – A Little Taste of Puglia, Italy Pittula was born from a love for the food, flavors, and traditions of Puglia, the beautiful region in Southern Italy where our story began. We bring authentic Italian baking and traditional recipes to Texas, from our signature focaccia, made with Italian flour and slowly fermented for exceptional flavor and texture, to savory Puglian specialties, homemade lasagna, pasticciotti, crostate, biscotti, and traditional almond cookies. Quality ingredients are at the heart of everything we make. We believe in letting natural flavors shine, using carefully selected ingredients and creating desserts that reflect the Italian approach to sweetness: rich in flavor, balanced, and never overly sweet. Our goal is simple: to share the authentic taste of Puglia and the Italian food traditions we grew up with, right here in Texas.
